The Ali Alghanim and Sons Group of Companies was founded in the early 1960s by Mr. Ali M. T. Alghanim with the establishment of a factory for the fabrication of steel sheds and water tanks. From 30 people then, the group has grown manifold with annual turnovers exceeding USD 300m. Today, the Group covers many trading areas such as automotive sales and services, civil and mechanical contracting, structural steel fabrication and erection, joinery, general trading and hotel ownership.
